How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Visit your Account page and navigate to the Subscriptions tab. From there, you can easily switch between plans. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing.

Can I download videos for offline viewing?

Yes! Studio Plus and Premier subscribers can download videos for offline viewing on supported devices. Downloads are available for 30 days or until your subscription ends.

What devices are supported?

Our platform works on all modern web browsers, iOS and Android mobile devices, tablets, and most smart TVs. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest browser versions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment gateway.

How do I reset my password?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. We'll send you an email with instructions to reset your password. The reset link is valid for 1 hour.
